DBS/ POSB account holders You can apply for an Internet Banking ID if you have at least one of the following accounts with DBS/POSB:
The easiest and fastest way to apply for a DBS Internet Banking ID is via any DBS/POSB ATM machine, at your convenience, anytime of the day. Best of all, the User ID will be issued instantaneously for immediate login. Alternatively, you may apply at any DBS/POSB branch or access DBS website to complete the application form and mail it back to them. DBS/POSB will process your application and send you the User ID and PIN within 6 working days from the date of receipt. UOB account holders If you are an existing customer of UOB, you can apply for Internet Banking ID in the following ways: If you are not an existing customer of UOB, you need to first open an account with the UOB Group. You can visit any UOB Group branch to open an account and, at the same time, apply for UOB Personal UniBanking. Citibank MaxiSave or Ready Credit account holders |

DBS/POSB account holders The daily payment limit is $3,000. UOB account holders The daily payment limit is $3,000. Citibank account holders The daily payment limit is $2,000. |

DBS/POSB account holders If you wish to increase your payment limit, your written authorisation is required. You are required to download the Multi-Purpose form available at DBS website at www.dbs.com.sg and send your request to DBS/POSB. UOB account holders Please contact your bank at 1800 2222 121 (toll-free). Citibank account holders Please call Citibank at 6225-5225. |

DBS/POSB account holders If you wish to decrease your payment limit, all you need to do is access the DBS website at www.dbs.com.sg, select "Payment Services" followed by "DBS d2pay Limit Change". There will be a dropdown list where you are allowed to select the new limit. No authorisation form is required. UOB account holders Please contact your bank at 1800 2222 121 (toll-free). Citibank account holders Please call Citibank at 6225-5225. |

DBS/POSB account holders If you have forgotten your PIN number / User ID or exceeded the maximum of 5 PIN tries, you will not be able to proceed with the transaction. Please notify your Bank immediately. UOB account holders Should you lose your UOB Personal UniBanking Password, or suspect that the secrecy of your Password has been compromised, or notice any unusual activity with your account(s), you should notify the Bank immediately by calling 1800 2222 121( 24-hour, toll-free). Citibank account holders If you have forgotten your User ID and/or PIN, you will not be able to proceed with the transaction. Please call Citibank at 6225-5225 immediately. |

| 7. | What if I have insufficient funds in my bank account? | |||||||||

DBS/POSB account holders You can transfer funds from your other accounts to your designated Bank account for eNETS Debit via your Bank's Internet Banking, before using eNETS Debit again. UOB account holders The transaction will be rejected. However, if you have more than one account linked for UOB Personal Internet Banking access, you will be given the option to re-select another account to complete the transaction. Citibank account holders The transaction will be rejected. |

| 8. | Will I have to use the same Bank account to use eNETS Debit? | |||||||||

DBS/POSB account holders Yes. As the Bank account that you have selected initially was set as a default debiting account, all payments will be deducted from that account. UOB account holders No. You can select any accounts you have with UOB Group. Citibank account holders No. You can select any of the Maxisave or Ready Credit accounts you have with Citibank. |

DBS/POSB account holders You can use the Multi-Purpose form available at DBS website at www.dbs.com.sg, to instruct them to change the designated account. UOB account holders There is no designated bank account for eNETS Debit. Citibank account holders There is no designated bank account for eNETS Debit. |
