1. What kind of payments can I use eNETS Debit for?
  You can use eNETS Debit to pay the following URA e-services:

    2. How do I use eNETS Debit to make online payments?
      From the e-services Main Page, after you have provided the details for your selected e-services, you will be presented with a payment mode selection page. Upon selecting eNETS Debit, you will be presented with a payment confirmation page. (If you are a first-time Internet Banking User, proceed to Q3 for the procedure).

    Step-by-step Guide:

    1. Click "Confirm" after checking that you have entered your details correctly.
    2. Select your preferred Bank (currently only DBS/POSB, UOB and Citibank are connected, other banks are expected to be integrated soon).
    3. Enter your Internet Banking User ID and PIN with the selected Bank and click "Submit".
    4. Upon successful transaction, the Bank will issue an acknowledgement page. Please print a copy for your reference.
    5. Click "OK" and you will receive an acknowledgement page from URA. Please print a copy for your reference.

    3. How do I use eNETS Debit to make online payment if I am a first-time Internet Banking user?
      For first time DBS Internet Banking user

    Step-by-step Guide:

    1. Upon selecting eNETS Debit, click "Confirm" after checking that you have entered your details correctly.
    2. Select DBS.
    3. Enter your Internet Banking User ID with DBS and Click "Submit".
    4. Select an Account type (e.g. Savings Account, Current Account).
    5. Enter your Account Number without any dash. (i.e. numbers only)
    6. Select the daily limit within the range of $100 to $3,000.
    7. Click "Submit".
    8. Enter your Internet Banking PIN number and click "Submit".
    9. Upon successful transaction, the Bank will issue an acknowledgement page. Please print a copy for your reference.
    10. Click "OK" and you will receive an acknowledgement page from URA. Please print a copy for your reference.

    For first time UOB Internet Banking user

    Step-by-step Guide:

    1. Upon selecting eNETS Debit, click "Confirm" after checking that you have entered your details correctly.
    2. Select UOB.
    3. Enter your Internet Banking User ID with UOB and Click "Submit".
    4. Select an Account type (e.g. Savings Account, Current Account).
    5. Click "Submit".
    6. Upon successful transaction, the Bank will issue an acknowledgement page. Please print a copy for your reference.
    7. Click "OK" and you will receive an acknowledgement page from URA. Please print a copy for your reference.

    For first time Citibank Internet Banking user

    Step-by-step Guide:

    1. Upon selecting eNETS Debit, click "Confirm" after checking that you have entered your details correctly.
    2. Select Citibank.
    3. You will then be transferred to Citibank Direct Debit. Select your sign-on name. If you do not have one, you will need to log in to Citibank® Online to create one (Refer to Step 3a).
    3a. At www.citibank.com.sg, click on "Customers Login" and key in your 16-digit card number and PIN. Please remember to click on the check box to save your username onto your PC. Once you have created the username, please refresh the Citibank Direct Debit page to see your username in the dropdown list.
    4. Once you have selected the sign-on name, please key in your ATM PIN and click "Next".
    5. Before proceeding, please concur with Citibank® Online User Agreement.
    6. Upon successful authentication, select the account you wish to debit the amount from and click "Make This Payment" to confirm. If you wish to cancel the transaction, click on "Cancel".
    7. Click "Print" to print a copy of the transaction receipt.
    8. You will be automatically brought back to the URA's acknowledgement page. Please print a copy for your reference.

    4. How do I prove I have made a payment?
      Upon successful transaction, you will receive an acknowledgement page from the Bank, which confirms your payment. At the same time, URA would issue an acknowledgement page which confirms that your payment was received. Please print a copy for your reference.

    5. Do I have to send in the acknowledgement pages and Payment Voucher to URA after I have made a payment via eNETS Debit?
      No, you are not required to send in the acknowledgement pages to URA after you have made a payment via eNETS Debit.
