Overview This e-service is for public to purchase specific facade restoration guidelines which are drawn to guide owners and architects in their submission for restoration works. The guideline(s) will be sent to you by post within two (2) weeks once your payment has been processed. I have read and agreed to abide by URA's Terms and Conditions.

A fee of SGD$2.50 (GST inclusive) is payable for the guideline of each individual conservation building. The guidelines will be sent by post or e-mail to the applicant within two (2) weeks.

Payment can be made by Credit card (VISA/Mastercard), American Express Card, or crossed cheque issued to the "Urban Redevelopment Authority".

Upon completion of your transaction, you will receive an Acknowledgement Reply Slip. Please print a copy of the Acknowledgement Reply slip for reference.

The guidelines will be sent by post to you within two (2) weeks once your payment has been processed.
