 Change Of Use Application Help Tool

Important Notes

1.    This module allows you to ascertain whether :

  • there is a need to apply for change of use application or
  • the change of use can simply be lodged with URA.

2.   You are advised to read through the Definition and Example of Uses in the Building Use Table before making any enquries.

3.   For written confirmation on the approved use as well as to enquire on whether planning permission is required for change of use of a property, you are advised to submit an enquiry via our e-service "Enquiry on Approved Use". The requisite search fee is $150 (subject to GST).
