What are the charges involved when searching the Electronic Development Register?

Searching the Electronic Development Register is free. However, if you wish to view the details of the decision or download a copy of the decision, a nominal fee of $30 (subject to GST) is charged.

What are the information I need to furnish URA when searching the Electronic Development Register?

As long as you have the address of the property, you can search for the records in the Electronic Development Register.

Why are records prior to Year 1995 not available in the Electronic Development Register?

From our experience, the frequency of searches conducted on records prior to Year 1995 is very low. Most of the searches conducted are for records beginning from Year 1995. As such, for the convenience of members of the public who wish to search the Development Register, we embarked on the effort of converting the records from Year 1995 into electronic form.

What are the modes of payment accepted by URA for this service?

As of now, URA accepts 3 payment modes for this service, both Online namely:
  • Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD)
  • eNETS Debit (DBS/POSB/UOB Internet Banking)


Credit Card

On the payment gateway page for Credit Card payment,

i. enter your name that appears on your credit card, followed by your credit card number and expiry date
ii. verify that the information entered is correct, and proceed with payment
iii. you will be directed back to a notification page if your payment was successful, or prompted to contact our Customer Service Officer in event of any problems

eNETS Debit (DBS/POSB/UOB Internet Banking)
