In order to facilitate the viewing of plans via Autodesk Mapguide, an automatic installation is configured to initiate if the Mapguide plugin is not detected. However, please note the follow settings on your browser (We recommend Internet Explorer for the best experience), before the auto-installation could proceed:
Steps:
| 1. | Launch Internet Explorer |
| 2. | Go to Tools->Internet Options |
| 3. | Click Security tab |
| 4. | Click on Custom Level |
| 5. | Scroll to the ActiveX controls and plugins section |
| 6. | Ensure that the following settings are followed. |
| 7. | Thereafter, visit any of the Mapguide enabled pages in Master Plan 2003 website and the auto detection and installation would proceed normally. |

If you installed or enabled pop up blocker software (eg. Google Toolbar, Windows Service Pack 2 etc). please ensure you allow pop ups for URA Online (http://www.ura.gov.sg).
