Where can I buy parking coupons ?
Parking coupons can be purchased from any of the following authorised sale outlets:
- Cheers
- 7- Eleven
- Selected Petrol Kiosks

The common denominations, i.e. $0.50, $1.00 & $2.00, parking coupons are available at all authorised sale outlets. The other denominations parking coupons can be purchased from HDB branch offices and the Customer Service Centre at The URA Centre.
Alternatively, motorists can use any denominations of coupons such as $0.50 or $1.00 to make up for the value of the parking charge such as $10 or $16.50. If you are using 5 pieces of $2 Day parking coupon to make up for the wholeday parking charge, you can either tear 5 pieces of $2 Day parking coupons with the same starting time, or 5 pieces of $2 Day parking coupon in running expiry time (e.g. 7am, 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm).

For parking in URA/HDB Car Parks during their coupon operational hours, the whole day $10 parking coupons are applicable to Car Parks with 50cents half hour parking charge.
For example,
(a) if the coupon operational hours are from 7am to 7pm with no night parking, the $10 whole day coupons are valid from 7am to 7pm ;
(b) if the coupon operational hours are from 7am to 7pm with night parking, the $10 whole day coupons are valid from 7am to 7am the next day.

The whole day $16.50 parking coupons are applicable to all URA/HDB Car Parks during their coupon operational hours.
For example,
(a) if the coupon operational hours are from 7am to 7pm with no night parking, the $16.50 whole day coupons are valid from 7am to 7pm ;
(b) if the coupon operational hours are from 7am to 7pm with night parking, the $16.50 whole day coupons are valid from 7am to 7am the next day.

Place coupons prominently on the front windscreen or window on the driver�s side. |
HDB/URA car park wardens conduct regular checks on the vehicles parked in HDB/URA car parks.
To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that your vehicle is parked in the correct type of parking
lot with sufficient parking coupon(s) properly displayed.
Where can I exchange expired parking coupons that I have not used ?
Expired/obsolete parking coupons with at least one segment of the tabs intact and which are assessed by the
Authorities to have no irregularities may be exchanged for new coupons at or the service
counter at The URA Centre.
Coupons with any irregularity (e.g. signs of tampering, tabs with folded/creased marks) is not allowed for exchange.
