URA's Car Parks Division provides and manages public parking facilities to ensure safe and orderly parking for motorists. We offer coupon and season parking and facilitate the use and reservation of parking lots for various uses.
To give more convenience to motorists, all information, enquiries and transactions on URA parking matters are available online.
If you need help in using any of the e-services, please call Tel: 6329 3434 during office hours from 8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and till 1.00pm on Saturday and the eve of public holidays.
