CLAIMING A REFUND FOR THE UNUSED PERIOD
You can claim a refund of the season parking fee for the unused period if you use this eService to terminate the season parking ticket before it expires.

The refund is subject to the compliance of the condition stated in INVALIDATING A VEHICLE PARKING CERTIFICATE below.

INVALIDATING A VEHICLE PARKING CERTIFICATE
If a Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC) issued by URA to the vehicle is still valid, you must either secure a VPC from the operator of the new parking place, if the vehicle has secured an alternative parking place or obtain approval from LTA if the vehicle is sold, laid-up or deregistered.

URA is obliged to invalidate the VPC and inform Land Transport Authority (LTA) if you fail to comply with the above requirements.

REFUND OF SEASON PARKING FEE
Where the condition stated in INVALIDATING A VEHICLE PARKING CERTIFICATE above is not applicable, the refund (if any) will be calculated from the last day of parking indicated in the notification.

Where the condition stated in INVALIDATING A VEHICLE PARKING CERTIFICATE above is applicable and the requirements are met, the refund (if any) will be calculated from the date the vehicle was disposed of or had secured an alternative parking place (whichever is applicable) and provided URA is promptly notified of the event (vehicle disposal or having secured alternative parking place) within the same month. Otherwise, the refund will be calculated from the date that we receive the proof of alternative parking place or disposal of vehicle.
