How do I apply for a season parking lot ?

You can apply in one of the following ways:

  1. Submit your application online.
    1. Motor Car - Residential
    2. Motor Car - Non-Residential
    3. Motorcycle
    4. Heavy Vehicle

  2. Download Inter-Bank Giro form


  3. Call in person at our Customer Service Centre at 45 Maxwell Road Tower, The URA Centre.

What is the fee for the Park and Ride Scheme ?

  • The daily parking fee is $3.00. You can use normal parking coupons to pay this. This fee does not cover your bus, MRT or LRT fares.

  • The monthly fee is $75.00 for a set comprising the Park and Ride Ticket ($45.00) and a Season Parking Ticket ($30.00). The set is valid only for the calendar month for which it is bought.

    Where can I buy a season parking ticket for a URA Park and Ride scheme car park ?

    You can buy the Park & Ride set, comprising the Park and Ride Ticket and the season parking ticket, from any of the TransitLink Sales Offices.

    May I transfer the season parking ticket to another vehicle ?

    You may apply for the existing season parking ticket to be transferred to the new vehicle. You can apply in one of the following ways:

    1. Submit your application online.
      1. Motorcar/Motorcycle
      2. Heavy Vehicle


    2. Call in person at our Customer Service Centre at 45 Maxwell Road Tower, The URA Centre.

    May I change the parking place of my season parking ticket ?

    You may apply to change the parking place of an existing season parking ticket. You can apply in one of the following ways:

    1. Submit your application online


    2. Call in person at our Customer Service Centre at 45 Maxwell Road Tower, The URA Centre.

    May I use the season parking ticket for another vehicle temporarily ?

    You may use the season parking ticket for another vehicle on a temporary basis as long as you have obtained prior approval from URA.
    You can apply by:

      Submitting your application online.

    How do I renew my season parking ticket ?

    You can renew the season parking ticket in one of the following ways:

    1. URA Online Payment


    2. Inter-Bank Giro. You will enjoy a 2% rebate if you pay through this mode. Click here to find out more about the scheme and to download the application form for submission.

    How do I terminate my season parking ticket ?

    If the termination is before the expiry date of your season parking ticket, you may claim a refund for the unused period. You will need to inform us of your intention to terminate by:

      Submitting your application online.
      1. Motor Car / Motorcycle
      2. Heavy Vehicle
