Controller Of Housing

The main functions of the Controller of Housing are:
•	to issue Housing Developer's Licences to developers who wish to carry out developments with more than 4 units of housing accommodation;
•	to approve amendments to the prescribed Option to Purchase and Sale and Purchase Agreements; and
•	to ensure proper operation of the Project Account.


The Controller of Housing administers the following Acts and Rules:
•	Housing Developers (Control & Licensing) Act
•	Housing Developers Rules
•	Housing Developers (Project Account) Rules
•	Sale of Commercial Properties Act
•	Sale of Commercial Properties Rules
