Request For Approval To Vary Terms In Prescribed Forms

All licensed developers are required to use the prescribed Option to Purchase and Sale & Purchase Agreement. Any variation to the standard terms and clauses in the prescribed forms other than those in the list of pre-approved amendments has to be approved by the Controller. Please use the standard format for the proposed variations to the prescribed forms.
