URA REALIS Registration

This subscription process may take you about 5 minutes to complete. For corporate subscribers, you will need details of your Unique Entity Number (UEN) to complete the subscription.

Subscription fees:
$1800 per year for the first account and $900 each for all subsequent accounts.
For subscriber outside Singapore, please remit the subscription fees in Singapore Dollars.
For payment via telegraphic transfer, all bank charges are to be paid by subscriber.




	To subscribe to REALIS, please select either Corporate Subscriber (I am subscribing to REALIS on behalf of my company) or Individual Subscriber (I am subscribing to REALIS for my own use)
	Read the Subscription Agreement.
	Fill in the online subscription form by clicking on the button below.




You can pay through:
	eNETS Debit (DBS/POSB/UOB/CitiBank Internet Banking).
	Cheque (Cheques are to be made in favour of 'Urban Redevelopment Authority').




	Print 2 copies of the Subscription Agreement.
	Sign both copies of the Subscription Agreement and mail to URA.
	Include your cheque if you have chosen to pay by cheque.




	If you are making through eNETS Debit (DBS/POSB/UOB/Citibank Internet Banking), remember to make the payment.


How will you know when you can start using the system?

	We will activate your account and inform you by email within 3 working days after receiving the subscription agreement and payment.
	You can start using REALIS after our email notification.
	We will send you a copy of the subscription agreement with our signatures and receipt for your payment.

If you do not need the complete data analysis and data download function, you can opt for the Daily Subscription Plan. The Daily Subscription Plan allows you to pay based on daily usage to suit your one off data needs.

Subscription fees The subscription fee is $80 for the first day (i.e. 24 hours) of continuous access, and $40 for each consecutive subsequent day.
