URA carries out monthly surveys on licensed developers to collect information on the number of housing units launched (include private previews and soft launches) and sold by developers. Developers who have been granted Housing Developer Sale Licences by the Controller of Housing to sell housing units can submit their monthly returns electronically here.

The E-Survey provides a fast and easy alternative to mail questionnaires survey. It allows developers to submit their returns to URA conveniently from their PCs via the Internet at anytime of the day. Developers can store their data entries temporarily in the system and update them whenever necessary. Data entries can also be printed for reference and record purposes.
