All developments on sale sites are required
to be completed with temporary occupation permit (TOP) within a stipulated project
completion period (PCP). Developers are required to submit Building Construction
Progress Report regularly to allow URA to track the construction progress and ensure that it
complies with the key milestones dates such as submissions for planning permission,
BP approval and commencement of works that were indicated by URA to the developer.
